1to1 sports: who are we?
1to1 sports is a non-profit organisation based in Andalusia that focuses on youth sport, culture and intercultural exchange.
The association aims to promote exchange and international cooperation in children’s and youth sport, competitive and recreational sport, particularly in football, but also in other sporting activities.
The aim of these activities is to provide children and young people, in particular, with unique opportunities for intercultural exchange in the fields of sport and culture.
Cooperation and the bilateral, international exchange of best practices between trainers, coaches and sports club staff is also an important objective, enabling us to learn and grow together.
Young people should be given the opportunity to enjoy unique cultural experiences outside their digital world.
The activities are aimed at both grassroots youth sport and elite sport. 1to1 sports organises tailored and personalised programmes.
An important part of this is experiencing a culture and its people first-hand, in order to foster better intercultural understanding. And whatever we do, we must never forget to include humour, fun and adventure, so that the experiences are positive, unforgettable and leave a lasting impression.

Rubén Carlos "El Messi":
Co-founder. A qualified PE teacher and certified football coach with specialist training in athletic training, nutrition and sports management.
Piranith "El Piru":
Co-founder. Qualified football coach with an X diploma and training in the fields of xxxx, architect.
José "El Limón":
Co-founder. Qualified teacher, headteacher and assistant coach. Founder of Craq Sports & Skills.
Our partnerships
The focus is on positive life experiences and activities for young people and their supervisors and coaches in the real world of culture, personal interaction, sport and the natural environment.
To this end, we work with professionally qualified, locally knowledgeable, recognised and experienced partners, including those based in the local area. These partnerships are continuously expanded in line with needs.
TDA Sports Andalucía is the main partner and an agency with extensive experience and expertise in youth football camps and sports activities in Andalusia.
Our partners:
Oficios Vivos is a Spanish NGO that promotes traditional cultural techniques and crafts, as well as intergenerational exchange, thereby supporting centuries-old and endangered crafts.
Craq Sports & Skills is a service provided by eduQarte Sports, a not for profit organization to foster life skills for youth, and offers tools for assessing sporting and personal skills in children’s and youth sport (analysis of skills and development profiles in sport/football).
Andalucía Real (meet culture) specialises in tourist experiences offering authentic encounters and experiences in Andalusia.
The municipality of Alhaurín el Grande, located in the Guadalhorce Valley in the Málaga region, supports 1to1 sports and tda Sports in implementing exchange projects, organising youth tournaments and using the ‘Miguel Fijones’ football stadium.
The municipality of Guaro, situated in the picturesque hilly region between Málaga and Ronda, is supporting youth exchange sports projects through its partnership with 1to1 sports and TDA Sports, as well as by making the ‘Estadio Municipal Dr. Antonio Rueda’ football stadium available.
Alalá is a foundation based in Seville that supports children and young people from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and neighbourhoods through cultural and sporting projects, as well as scholarships. The partnership with 1to1 sports offers those interested an insight into this important work, as well as opportunities for occasional intercultural collaboration and exchanges in the fields of sport and culture.
